LAKE GREENWOOD LODGE

The coziest, little guesthouse on Lake Greenwood! It's the perfect space for 2 adults that like to enjoy outdoor activities. The lake has much to offer for fishing, boating, jet skiing and restaurants to dock at. 

The Lake Greenwood Lodge Guesthouse has its own private deck for viewing those incredible sunsets and cooking activities. We provide a grill, griddle, outdoor burner, table, chairs and the views!

The pavilion seats several people comfortably. We have provided a small stainless table for coolers and munchies, too! Fishing from the dock is a blast! You'll catch crappy, br, bass and catfish. It's a wonderful place to enjoy the amazing sunsets, too! 

The screen house has those same wonderful views! It's a great space to have dinner, play cards or boardgames and enjoy each other. 

The property is our little slice of heaven. It's a very secluded, 1 acre property in Waterloo, South Carolina. Because of its narrow driveway, you'll need to put your boat in at one of the nearby public launches before you come. We do have trailer parking immediately upon entering the gate but you'll need to back down to it. 

The guesthouse is a one bedroom, one bath cozy cabin. We provide a TV with many channels, Disney +, Hulu, games and DVDs. The tiled bath has a shower stall, sink and toilet. The kitchen has everything except for a stove (as of right now, kitchen will be updated soon),  a full sized refrigerator, pots, pans, plates, glasses and everything you'd find in a normal kitchen, including a coffee pot. For cooking on the deck, we offer a griddle, toaster, grill and burners.

The medium firmness mattress is clean and comfortable! There are no dressers in the space but we have provided a little storage in the nightstand and cabinet for your personal effects. 

Our driveway is narrow! Since it's difficult to turn a boat and trailer around, we ask that you drop the boat in at one of the local public launches. You may back your trailer in through the gate and onto the gravel area right inside the gate. 

The dock is easy access with plenty of boat cleats to dock. 

Relax, unwind and fish from our kayaks! We have life vests and paddles so you can spend the day on the water.
