THE Property

The main house is spacious with 3 king bedrooms that sleeps 6 adults, very comfortably. The main bathroom has an amazing walk-in shower and is equipped with a washer and dryer. The indoor kitchen is designed for chefs and has all gas high-end appliances. The outdoor kitchen is loaded with grilling and smoking options. 

We have 2 kayaks and 1 canoe available for guests. There are a ton of life vests, fishing equipment and paddles for you to enjoy all the lake has to offer.

The spacious firepit area seats 6, with enough firewood for our guests to roast marshmallows. Additional firewood available for purchase.

Our outdoor cooking area boasts a huge grill, smoker, griddle, fridge and charcoal grill, with beautiful views of the lake. 

The outdoor bed is so amazing to sleep under the stars on a winter's night. We have a huge comforter, just for the occasion. We provide a clean sheet for guests.

The Guesthouse is included with the full property rental. It has a private deck, kitchenette, full bath, queen bed, outdoor cooking space with seating, and enough appliances to cook just about anything.

There is enough room for 4 vehicles to comfortably park. 

River Fork Boat Launch is about 2 miles away. You will need to put in there and boat over. On the bright side, there is enough room for 2 boats at our 120' long dock!

There is enough room for 2 boat trailers to be backed through the gate and dropped near the entrance of the property. Turning around once you're in here is not possible.
